Kirkwood Mountain Resort offers affordable housing for employees. Three styles of units are available for our employees. Housing is on a first come first serve basis.  Please check with your hiring manager for availability.

THE QUAD

• Units in The Quad Housing are two persons per bedroom with attached private bath, four bedrooms per unit. Kitchen, dining and living areas are common with 96 spots available.

PINE LODGE

• Units in Pine Lodge are two person bedrooms in a four bedroom units; two baths and common kitchen area.  Building contains two common lounges.  52 spot available.

RENWICK APARTMENTS

• Renwick Apartments offers one and two bedroom units. The apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, living and dining area.  There are fourteen spots available in our two bedroom units, and ten spots available for the one bedroom. These units are primarily reserved for supervisors or managers.
