Job Summary

This position will be the main line of communication between DIA operations, mountain operations and drivers.  Responsible for clearing drivers in the reservation system, communicating pertinent information such as departure times, traffic, weather conditions, and road difficulties to drivers. This position will be a utility type role and required to work in all aspects of the DIA operation.  In addition to the duties of the Shuttle Services Attendant, the Specialized Attendant will also have DIA dispatch responsibilities.  Also monitor all vehicles entering and leaving the airport.


Job Specifications:  

  • Outlet:  Denver International Airport
  • Starting Wage:  $20 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Part Time
  • Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced  


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for clearing drivers in the reservation system
  • Communicating pertinent information such as departure times, traffic, weather conditions, and road difficulties to drivers. 
  • Monitor all vehicles entering and leaving the airport.
  • Guest check-ins and guest reservations
  • Assisting guests to the DIA waiting area and transporting luggage carts, manifests, luggage to or from the counter
  • Directing/escorting guests to their vans
  • Assist with van coordination and help troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Communication with dispatchers with regards to vehicle, guest, or luggage issues is required. 


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year customer service
  • Able to obtain DIA security badge
  • MS Office, database & internet software, CME reservations system preferred
  • Able to read, write, & communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, adept in dealing with guest issues.



The budgeted range starts at $20.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
