Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour
  • Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20 per hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time

 

We are looking for a candidate that is positive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and can lead a quality staff. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Pennsylvania’s Outdoor Adventure Headquarters, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Inc. If you love interacting with people and want to work at the best resort in the region, this is the opportunity for you. You will deliver legendary customer experience by working closely with the front desk and other hotel departments to provide assistance to our guests. Your main role will be to assist guests with hotel services such as making dinner reservations, offering suggestions for events and arranging transportation, all while answering resort wide questions. We need someone passionate about our mountains and resort to create an unforgettable experience for our guests!  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 

  • Provides information regarding the resort and surrounding area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities. 

  • Runs appropriate errands for guests and picks up or delivers a variety of items. 

  • Provides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs. 

  • Receives, stores, and/or delivers mail and luggage. 

  • Acquires daily care items such as toiletries, for guests and patrons.   

  • Plans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings.   

  • Fulfills unusual requests such as arranging for adventure experiences, coordinating special moments for guests, and searching for hard-to-find items. 

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.  

 

Qualifications:    

  • Valid driver’s license/good driving record. 

  • Previous hospitality experience a plus but not mandatory. 

  • Customer service and friendly attitude. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
