Job Description:

The Grooming Team Lead acts as a manager for the Snow Cat Grooming team.  You will create nightly grooming map, assist manager on daily task, attends meeting when directed, and supervise employees.

Other Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Cat Operation and daily grooming map. Direct interaction with all mountain departments, and support for mountain resort operations.
• Assist manager with labor budget, forecast, budget
• Responsible for scheduling employee
• Assist manager with performance reviews
• Assist manager with hiring process.
• Creates and maintain training program for department
• Liaison with the safety department
• Equipment Maintenance- oversee Cat fleet repairs, operator education, driver's certification

• Groom mountain                                                                                                                                        
• Responsible for nighly trail maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Experience working as a groomer - required
• Must be able to  interact with all mountain departments, and support for mountain resort operations.
• Must be able to work AM & PM Shift – required
• Must have previous leadership experience – required
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record – required
