Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive attitude while solving IT challenges, enjoying the benefits of working for a ski company, and having fun in a manner that encourages coworkers to do the same.
Lead and execute small projects, collaborating with team members across the enterprise. Receive training to provide advanced support in network systems and all aspects of IT. Coach new technicians and aid in developing standards for technology support. Demonstrate ownership of enterprise technology environment by maintaining asset inventory, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring accuracy of documentation. Apply standard principles, concepts, and techniques toward the identification and resolution of user and hardware problems. Strive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT-specific training. Suggest and support the implementation of new ideas for improving user support and the guest experience.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $55,000 - $74,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
