Job Summary

As a Mountain Activities Team Leader, you will help provide Epic guest service as you guide our guests through amazing alpine adventures at the Snowtubing Park! The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the Snowtubing department. You should be a leader who is friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.  The ideal candidate should enjoy working outdoors in alpine weather conditions. You will interact with guests and fellow employees from all over the world.

 

Job Specifications

  • Outlet: Mountain Activities / Snow Tubing
  • Wage: $23 - $25 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time - Days, Nights, Weekdays, weekends, holidays.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructions to our guests for safe loading and unloading of conveyor lift and activity
  • Interact and guide guests with varying experience levels and backgrounds through the adventures we provide  
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Supervise the daily operations and safety of the scanning department. 
  • Be a point of escalation to support guest service situations. 
  • Monitor daily job performance of the team, as well as provide and document coaching and discipline. 
  • Monitor staffing levels, and make adjustments as needed. 
  • Report and staff safety incidents to the manager immediately. 
  • Plan and assist with orientations, trainings, and payroll 
  • Work with the lift operations team to ensure efficiency of conveyor lift. 
  • Other work as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • You will be repeatedly standing, twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) throughout each day
  • Excellent communication skills (English) and ability to present information in group settings. 
  • Ability to lead others. 
  • Willing and able to work outdoors in all alpine weather conditions. 
  • Ability to multi-task and make solid decisions. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. 
  • Willingness to learn company computer applications.  

 

 

The budgeted range starts at $23 - $25.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
