The Advanced Product Sales Agent is a part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department and will be responsible for selling and auditing tickets, season passes, and fulfilling pre-purchased sales orders at Hidden Valley’s ticket office/SRS locations. This position requires a full knowledge of our products and services and is responsible for collecting guest information, reconciling daily audit packs, and assisting with daily operations. As an Advanced Sales Agent, you will receive a high level of guest interaction and will be the face of Hidden Valley! We are looking for guest service oriented individuals who are positive, outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, are well disciplined, and take pride in their work.


Advanced PSS Agent responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to create a positive arrival experience for all lesson and group guests
  • Establish a professional and responsive relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have comprehensive understanding of all products, procedures, service initiatives and sales processes
  • Uphold training initiatives and best practices of PSS/Revenue Audit, company-wide.
  • Serve as the opening supervisor for PSS/Guest Services team members during weekday operations.


What you will be doing:

  • Assist in the management of high-volume, guest facing phone-lines, voicemails, and email inboxes.
  • Strong ability to communicate with the consistent brand-voice so that all communication from staff is uniform.
  • Use computer programs to create and fulfill ticket orders in a timely and organized manner.
  • Package and deliver tickets for all Private Lesson, Group Lesson, and Group Sales guests.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to answer operational questions and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Stay up to date on all products, policies and operations in order to provide the highest level of guest service at all times.
  • Escalate any audit concerns and questions to supervisor to rectify issues in a timely manner
  • To continually strive to exceed our guest’s expectations.
  • Resolve guest relation and/or product issues in an expedient manner and perform refunds under guidance of management.
  • Assign workstations and cash drawers
  • Accurately count drawers and make deposits
  • Field guest issues and work to create individualized service solutions



  • Ability to maintain composure while answering routine, and repetitive guest questions.
  • Willingness to reach out via phone to numerous guests per day to schedule private lessons within the confines of conflicting guests/instructor ability.

  • Punctual, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Aptitude to communicate fluently and effectively in English
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Ability to stay calm and perform well in busy and stressful situations



  • Excellent communication skills, time/task management, and problem solving ability.
  • The ability to work effectively with dynamic and constantly changing information.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems, Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
  • Broad experience in various aspects of customer service preferred
  • Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude.
  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded.
