Job Summary:
The Children’s Ski and Ride School Senior Manager will lead all aspects of the Children’s and Seasonal programs operations of the Heavenly Ski and Ride School, as well as support other Skier Services departments as needed. The scope of this role is large and varied and includes responsibilities around the daily, seasonal, and yearly operational processes and strategic goals specific to Ski and Ride School
products/lessons. This position requires a disciplined focus on quality control, guest relations, sales generation, staff performance development, financial responsibility, communication, teamwork, administrative duties and self-development. All of these elements contribute in a significant way to the overall quality of the guest and employee experience. This position will work collaboratively with the Director of Skier Services, the Adult/Private Lessons Ski and Ride School Senior Manager, and Training Manager to ensure all payroll, workers compensation, incident reports, staffing levels, inventory levels, disciplinary procedures, training, hiring and separating procedures and all other administrative functions are managed efficiently and timely. This leadership position is integral to the success of the Ski and Ride School and Heavenly.

Preferred Skills and Experience
The expected pay range is $77,050 - $94,584 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
