Job Summary
The Lead Terrain Park Crew will deliver the Terrain Park experience for our employees and guests. You will assist with designing, building, shaping, and maintaining the terrain parks for our guests.
Job Specifications:
Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.45 / hour
Schedule & Shift Availability: Full Time
Days, some nights. Weekdays, weekends, holidays.
Skill Level: Advanced
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers efficiently through the daily Terrain Park Operations and nightly design and construction plan
Performs a daily assessment of risk, feature inspections, maintenance, and testing of all features
Directs leads, attendants, and operators to complete projects and general maintenance in an efficient and carefully planned manner
Assist Ski Patrol on accident investigations
Act as liaison between attendants and upper management and other departments
Assist in the development of nightly grooming plans for Terrain Parks
Responsible for park operations/decision making when manager is unavailable
Act as role model regarding employee development and guest service-related initiatives
Assist in all trainings for Terrain Park Attendants including the implementation of all necessary tools and equipment
Ongoing development of standard operating procedures and Best Practices
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience - preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to work outside in alpine environment
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must have own ski or ride equipment
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $26.45. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
