Job Summary:

The General Manager, F&B Warehouse and Logistics leads the warehouse, receiving, and distribution operations that support Heavenly’s Mountain Dining locations. With receiving operations in both California and Nevada and winter distribution that continues overnight across an active ski mountain, this isn’t a typical warehouse management job. Weather, mountain access, changing business levels, and the logistics of supporting multiple restaurants make every day a little different and require a leader who is organized, adaptable, safety-focused, and comfortable solving problems as they come.

This role works closely with Lodge Managers and their teams on everything from product availability and ordering to deliveries, inventory, and seasonal transitions. The GM is expected to know what’s happening both in the warehouse and on the mountain, build a strong and dependable team, and continually look for practical ways to make the operation work better. When the warehouse and logistics team does its job well, our employees are better supported, our restaurants run better, and our guests have the experience of a lifetime!
