Job Summary

The Ski & Ride School Reservation Agent handles multiple calls for Ski & Ride School, provides high level customer service, and books, changes & cancels Ski & Ride School lesson reservations.

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $17 per hour
  • Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20 per hour. 
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
  • Skill Level: Entry

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Be able to provide detailed information for all Ski & Ride School products with 100% accuracy
  • Efficiently and accurately process ski & ride school reservations, changes and cancellations
  • Make suitable product recommendations to meet guest needs and business objectives.
  • Handle high volumes of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service
  • Conduct his or herself professionally while speaking to guests over the phone.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements 

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Extensive knowledge of all Ski and Ride School products, policies, and procedures
  • Prior knowledge of computer basics and the ability to quickly learn RPOS and Guest Connect computer systems
  • Required to work holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate clearly in English

 

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluency and ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desired

 

 

The budgeted range starts at 17.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
