Job Summary:
We are currently in search of a Senior Manager to lead the Production Management function for the Resort Application Development department. This team is responsible for the development and support of a suite of custom mobile applications, modern web apps, desktop applications, databases, and internal APIs that provide ski resort management and point-of-sale functionality. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a software team that is instrumental in delivering enhancements and technical improvements in service of our enterprise. In this matrixed organization, this manager will directly lead the function of Production Management, work closely with the Senior Manager of Production Software Development, and have direct reports of Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Project Managers and Quality Assurance Analysts.
This manager is excited by new challenges and a rapid pace, driven to always move forward, curious, open and honest, excellent at managing risk, organized, and diligent in prioritizing work in accordance with enterprise strategy. Superior leadership qualities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and agile SDLC delivery aptitude are a requirement for this important technology leadership role. This position collaborates closely with stakeholders across the business and reports to the Senior Director of Resort Application Development.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
