Job Summary:
The Guest Services Tm. Lead is responsible for exceeding guest expectations and ensuring a world class ski resort experience while providing top notch guest service. The position requires you to greet each guest and provide assistance at the base areas, as well as other areas in the village and potentially on the mountain. The Guest Services Attendant may provide safety guidance and information. This individual will be asked to give information to guests and assist in various roles assigned to them. In this role, you will be the problem solver for our guests; the first and last stop in ensuring their needs are met.
 

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:
  • All duties and responsibilities within the Guest Services department.
  • Be able to work a variety of positions; Info Desk, Lost and Found, Ski Valet, etc.
  • Providing 100% accurate communication to all guests and employees.
  • Be the face of Guest Services and responsibly represent Beaver Creek in all environments.
  • Driver of our brand pillars: Perpetual Host, Rarified Experiences, and Legendary Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to adhere to required responsibilities in an unsupervised environment.
  • Assist Base Area Operations with opening duties and daily resort readiness.
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude in all extremes of weather and in all dealings with guests; leading with positive intent and professionalism at all times.
  • Recognize existing and potential problems and suggest resolutions.
  • Proactively greet and engage guests both as they arrive at the resort and as they depart.
  • Guest point of contact for all questions and/or needs to help create the ‘Experience of a Lifetime’.
  • POS (Point of Sale) management for revenue producing LOB’s (Ski valet, Lockers/baskets, etc).
 
Job Requirements:
  • Guest Service/Customer Service experience;
  • Must have a positive attitude toward working outside in adverse conditions - required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time; - required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English language proficiently;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
 
Preferred skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous Management or people leadership skills.
  • An outstanding personality that is approachable, friendly, and outgoing.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm in stressful situations, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Drivers License

 

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
