Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Associates, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $12.14/hr - $16.04/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Covers for the Front Desk/Rental Supervisor when not in the office.
- Retrieve phone messages and return calls.
- Set up coffee bar including lemon water, fruit bowl and granola. Put out cups and re-stock. Afternoon bake and serve cookies. Order more supplies as needed.
- Makes sure that the Front Desk and Lobby is clean, organized and looks professional at all times.
- Mentors and may have to train other front desk agents if necessary.
- Log in to IQware and address any unassigned units. Check outgoing guests out and print registration and welcome letters to prepare for arrivals.
- Assist guest services agent with identifying owner and guest packages, writing them into the package log. Help deliver packages if needed.
- Assists with accounting duties: Billing of invoices and work orders, Purchase orders, checking inventory, reconciling p-cards monthly, etc.
- Assist maintenance with arranging contractors for major repairs.
- When maintenance is not on duty assist with simple repairs such as opening locked safes and replacing door handles.
- Make sure that there are enough spa towels at the end of the shift and provide guests with extra towels and light housekeeping needs as requested.
- Prepare the housekeeping schedule by going over expected arrivals for the month. Fill out the daily schedule and email it to the housekeeping contractor.
- Greet guests and owners as they walk in the door (or to the desk) immediately and stands up while doing so.
- Provide excellent customer service by finding and providing answers to guest and owner questions, providing concierge services to make a great vacation, assist potential guests with availability as well as helping owners book additional units for friends and family. Also schedule homeowner services as requested.
- Answer phones promptly or return calls promptly and provide callers with needed information. Take accurate messages if needed.
- Assist with completing weekly inspections of homecare units.
- Works with support teams (i.e. Reception Center) on coordinating any all-late guest arrivals
- Assist with contacting every guest before they arrive with pre-arrival information. Check any requests noted in reservations to make sure they are accommodated.
- Ensures that our Front Desk Daily and Monthly Procedures are always complete.
Job Requirements:
- Administrative duties: Package log and shipping duties. Monitoring phones and assisting with homeowner requests.
- Accounting Duties: Billing invoices, work orders, charging owners for services rendered. Manage and monitor owner accounts to keep up with billing.
- Homeowner Relations – assist homeowners with vendor/contractor’s communications, unit access, etc.
- Assists with vendor/contractors’ communications on behalf of Snow Cloud Association
- Walk the property to do interior and exterior checks including looking for and picking up trash, checking for icicles or other hazards
The expected pay range is $12.14/hr - $16.04/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
