Job Summary:
The Ski Valet is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression to members and for timely delivery, retrieval, and storage of skis and equipment. Provide immediate and courteous member service. Responsible for the cleanliness of the Club and surrounding work environments.

Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.26 / hour

Job Responsibilities:
Prompt delivery of member's skis to the snow when they are heading out to ski
Transporting skis from car valet
Organize what skis are needed for each day/week
Maintain up-to-date inventory of all equipment
Deliver/ Retrieve ski tunes and document
Log daily ski activity
On time and IN UNIFORM
Professional when discussing club
Confidential with member information
Must be able to reasonably and rationally handle guest complaints and questions in a calm manner.
Multitasking
Greet members by name and engage in conversation
Watching for members coming out to get skis and coming off the hill (should be greeting them on snow). MUST BE PRESENT AT TENT AT ALL TIMES DURING DAY
Assist in member requests
Smile
Cooperative attitude – takes direction from peers and managers
Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
Maintain a clean working area outside and in ski storage
“Sweeps” of the club throughout the day– tidy club, restrooms, lounge
Assist F&B team with daily services
Fills in at front desk when necessary
Makes easy bake cookies and has them ready in club with milk each day
Job Requirements:
The ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasked environment with high-profile members.
Presents excellent communication skills, both written and oral are essential.
Ability to be on time, in uniform, ready to work by 7:30
Ability to lift 50 lbs, move large rolling racks of skis SAFELY
Willingness and ability to work outside in winter conditions
Flexible and willing to step in and help club operations when needed
Good attitude
Knowledge of Ski and snowboard equipment
Previous guest service
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.26. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
