Job Specifications: 

  • Outlet: Prater Lane Day Care
  • Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour
  • Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20/hour.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
  • Skill Level: Senior

 

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • General office and administrative duties - filing, mail distribution, answer emails and phone in professional, courteous manner
  • Payroll for staff which includes correcting exceptions, input times when needed, tracking/reporting PTO & Sick time.
  • Purchasing / PO generation and closeout for department
  • Resolution assistance of invoice and purchase order errors including monthly accrual reviews.
  • Track department spending and budget. Provide Management team with monthly reporting.
  • Act professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • General office duties including filing and mail distribution
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Assist Managers with other duties and projects as assigned
  • Track capital projects. Provide Management team with monthly capital forecasts. Submit open and close packets on capital projects.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities with accuracy, dependability and a positive attitude
  • Uniform tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 Qualifications:

  • High School degree or equivalent - required.
  • Office and administrative/clerical experience - required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) - required. 
  • Willing to learn Coupa, Elke, Onbase, Teams, & Concur Software- required. 
  • Must read, speak and comprehend English and possess writing and editing skills - required.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills - required.
  • Ability to work independently for extended periods of time - required.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented - required.
  • Prior Vail Resorts experience - preferred.

The budgeted range starts at $15.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
