Job Summary:
This position serves as Beaver Creek Resort's winter seasonal manager for the Guest Services department and is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the resort. The role oversees Guest Services, Lost & Found, Ski Valet, the Slope Side Lounge, and the Volunteer Program, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Beaver Creek's commitment to world-class hospitality.
The manager is responsible for leading daily operations, guest recovery efforts and employee development. This position also oversees labor and expense budgets while fostering a culture of service excellence, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Success in this role is achieved through strong leadership, financial stewardship, operational planning, employee development, quality control, and effective collaboration with internal and external partners. This position plays a key role in developing, communicating, and implementing resort goals and initiatives while building strong relationships across the organization and community

The expected pay range is $57,784.00 - $71,664.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
