Performs very basic preventative maintenance on all types of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance and direction of more skilled mechanics.  Collaborate with Parts Lead to manage and maintain vehicle parts inventories. Maintains shop safety standards and productivity levels. Posses a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain fleet vehicle parts inventories.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on a variety of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance from Intermediate and Advanced Mechanics.
  • Comprehensive documentation of all work performed.
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Effectively use current Procurment systems to facilitate parts purchases.
  • Ability to be part of a team oriented shop in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by being an active participant in a safety oriented shop culture.
  • Ability to meet all customer expectations with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Comply with all company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • High School, or GED and Basic Automotive Certification  
  • 1-3 years working in an fleet vehicle shop environment
  • Colorado Drivers License
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient in English Language for Speaking and Writing
  • Prior Automotive Shop skills and work experience

 

 

The budgeted range starts at $15.00-$20.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
