Job Summary:

Diagnoses, maintains and repairs numerous types of resort equipment to include Snow-Cats, Snowmobiles, Light Vehicles, Heavy-Duty Trucks, and small/med sized buses.  The position is fully proficient in proper diagnostic skills, maintenance and repair of gas & diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, tune-ups, and the inspection/repair of braking and suspension systems.  Posses welding skills to include both steel and aluminum.  Adheres to occupational, and shop safety standards.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.94
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in all entry mechanic duties and has the ability to be more self directed with diagnosis, operations and protocols
  • Proficient use of all shop Technical Diagnostic Equipment
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards other departments and maintain good relationships with co-workers.
  • Understand and communicate all regulations related to shop operations; OHSA regulations, Hazard Communications Sheets, Hazmat regulations, and all shop and on-mountain safety policies.
  • Other Duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School, or GED and Automotive trade or vocational schooling
  • 2-3 years of previous mechanic experience
  • Colorado Drivers License, ASE Certification Preferred
  • Automotive on-board diagnostics systems
  • English Proficiency
  • Proficient Welding skills
  • Previous Light Vehicle, Snow-Cat, diagnostic and repair skills
  • Must Be able to Lift

 

 

The expected pay range is $19.20 - $24.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
