Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager, F&B, plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily food and beverage operations within a high-volume, seasonal environment. The position requires hands-on supervision, team development, and operational excellence to ensure guest satisfaction and outlet success. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, scheduling, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced, service-driven professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, committed to upholding company values and delivering exceptional service.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 

  • Employment Type: Year Round 
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
  • Housing Availability: No  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing hands-on leadership and direction to Food Service employees
  • Supervising multiple staff in a high volume setting
  • Assisting with employee training, development and communication
  • Supporting any scheduling, hiring, disciplinary and inventory actions
  • Accountability for all closing duties on a daily basis
  • Utilizing existing platforms for ordering, planning, scheduling, inventory.
  • Providing quality control on all products and services
  • Assisting with the preparation for catering and special events
  • Ensuring a safe work environment by enforcing Food Safety Compliance and Serving it Right practices
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy
  • Strive to exceed expectations in all facets of work
  • Proof of clear criminal record check
  • 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in a high volume food and beverage environment
  • Previous revenue management
  • Highly organized with strong motivational and inter-personal communication skills
  • A self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision

 

The expected pay range is $60,000.00 - $66,000.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
