Job Summary:

The Equipment Operator is to provide day-to-day work direction to team members; enforces policies and procedures; monitors safety; and handles complaints, either back of house or with our guests.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Arrowhead
  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.76 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time / Year Round
  • Skill Level: Entry

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurate completion of all equipment inspections, pre operation and post operation checklists 
  • Executing operation plans for departments.
  • Achieving guest service goals.
  • Responsible for safety training and tracking.
  • Assist Assistant Manager in initial training of department personnel.
  • Ensures that all safety policies and KPI’s (key performance indicators) are being met.
  • Supervise and assist in planning, coordination, and execution of resort special events.
  • Responsible for equipment maintenance and tracking.
  • Trash/Recycling collection
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED - preferred
  • Valid Driver's License – required
  • Ability to obtain CDL license – preferred
  • Previous experience in a professional role working with heavy equipment
  • Previous guest service/ conflict resolution experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work well with others is crucial for this position
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical labor - required
  • Ability to work outside in a high alpine environment - required
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
