The Allie's Cabin Team Lead will provide an entrepreneurial spirit & personality in the operations by bringing organizational skills, leadership and a warm front door presence to the restaurants food and beverage activities. The goal is to operate the highest quality dining experience while still achieving profitability goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assure proper preparations and presentation of food and beverage items
  • Be able to create and maintain personal relationships with Beaver Creek Club Members
  • Support on site Beaver Creek Club Activities
  • Conduct on the job training
  • Maintain a harmonious working relationship with other departments and non Vail Resorts, Inc. entities
  • Meet All Compliance Requirements (SOX)
  • Effectively lead dining room operations to assure guest satisfaction and efficiency
  • Attend all required compliance and training classes
  • Handle guest situations and concerns with tact and professionalism
  • Adhere to all Vail Resorts, Inc. policies and procedures
  • Assist the Manager in daily operations
  • Other duties as assigned 


  • Must be 21 years of age or older - required
  • Previous Supervisory experience - Preferred
  • Knowledge of both front and back of the house operations - preferred
  • TIPS certified within 30 days of hire - required
  • Intermediate or better Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge - required
  • Must be able to learn to use and use the following successfully:  Info Genesis point of sale systems,  and telephones.  All back of the house and front of the house equipment (Coffee and cappuccino machines, dishwashers, etc.)
  • Must be able to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Ability to communicate and handle personnel issues and concerns with tact and professionalism
  • Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors - required
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, comprehend and understand English fluently - required
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time without sitting - required
  • Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs - required
  • Holidays, Weekends and Evenings - required
  • Banquet Experience preferred
  • Private Club Experience preferred
  • Must be able to maintain a pleasant, positive, productive work environment with a sense of urgency
