Job Summary:

The Design Review Team is committed to building leaders and driving value. The team performs comprehensive plan review for all proposed construction projects within the resort communities of Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek and Red Sky Ranch ensuring that all legal requirements, as set forth in the governing documents for each community, are interpreted in a legally defensible manner. The team provides analysis and guidance to multiple Design Review Boards to ensure a consistent, high standard across all communities thus maintaining property values and enhancing the guest experience. The Design Review team is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with the master associations for each community as well as with developers, architects, property owners, contractors, and merchants to ensure a clear understanding of the Design Guidelines and Construction Regulations. The Design Review Team works closely with resort and community leadership and management teams to align company and community goals.

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: 64,000 - 86,000 + annual bonus  
  • Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive review and analysis of all proposed construction projects in the resort communities of Arrowhead, Beaver Creek Bachelor Gulch and Red Sky Ranch.
  • Provide/present detailed staff reports including recommendations and guidance to Design Review

Boards.

  • Oversight of all administrative, inspection and enforcement functions to ensure compliance with the design review process for each community.
  • Ongoing review of design guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current regulatory laws and governance related to community associations.

 

Job Requirements:

4+ years experience (or 1-2 years with MBA or other graduate degree) in architecture or planning. Professional certification/licensing in architecture or planning is preferred. The ideal candidate should have experience of performing comprehensive plan review and Board presentations.

The expected pay range is 64,000 - 86,000 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
