Job Specifications: 

  • Expected Pay Range $21.63-$32.93
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
  • Skill Level: Advanced 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of Work Orders and prioritizing for techs based on urgency.
  • Take calls from coordinator on emergency issues and safely organize an efficient response.
  • Run concise effective morning meetings, building consensus amongst team members, and setting expectations for work day.  
  • Have staff out the door in a timely fashion, ensure lunches are taken in a productive and reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure both jobsite and work shop Cleanliness is being maintained. That Staff is returning tools in proper working order and to their designated locations. 
  • Ensure work is efficiently being completed by all team members.  Ensure techs entering micromain paperwork in a professional and timely manner.  Help tech source parts for coordinator to order.
  • Establish effective performance management cycle.  Set clear expectations, and provide clear and timely feedback in a constructive fashion.  Work with manager and other team leads  to ensure continuity throughout the work week.
  • Assist in Training and development of Team members.
  • Be a Positive role model and abide by company policies, guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Communicate with customers effectively and empower techs to do the same.  Recognize and reward excellent ideas, work, safety, and service.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Plumbing: includes the repair, replacement or installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, refrigerators, and washing machines.
  • Electrical: includes the repair, replacement or installation of power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, and climate control systems.
  • Appliance repair: includes the repair, replacement or installation of commercial Kitchen appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers and dryers, hot water boosters, and air conditioners.
  • Customer service: includes professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with customers when scheduling and providing maintenance services, and with contracted vendors that provide additional facility services.
  • Time management: includes maintaining an organized scheduling and tracking system, usually on a computer, to effectively complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner and in the order by which they were received or by level of urgency.

The expected pay range is $21.63-$32.93. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
