The Advanced Maintenance Tech performs routine maintenance and immediate work order requests from guests and on-site Management including but not limited to minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, tile, paint, appliances, hot tubs, snowmelt, boilers. Will be responsible for daily Maintenance of Firelight Lodge, Deer Trail HOA and possible assistance with Owner work orders at all other BG Properties



  • HS Diploma or Equivalent - required
  • 18 years of age or older - required
  • Able to read, write and speak English - required
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License - required
  • Acceptable driving record - required
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs - required
  • Working computer knowledge - required
  •  Hot Tub and Boiler experience greatly preferred
  • 3 years building Maintenance Required and minimum of 2 years Maintenance experience in Hotels and/ or Condos - required
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC - required
  • Basic carpentry skills - required
  • Able to work weekends and holidays - required
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team - required
  • May include on-call shifts - required
  • Trade School accreditation - strongly preferred
  • Spa and pool maintenance experience - preferred
  • Responsible for covering after hours On Call shift weeks rotating with other BG Maintenance Techs


The budgeted range starts at 19.20-28.20.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
