Advanced Maintenance Technician - Winter Seasonal

The Advanced Maintenance Tech performs routine maintenance and immediate work order requests from guests and on-site Management including but not limited to minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, tile, paint, appliances, hot tubs, snowmelt, boilers. 

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent - required
• 18 years of age or older - required
• Able to read, write and speak English - required
• Valid Colorado Driver's License - required
• Acceptable driving record - required
• Must be able to lift 75lbs - required
• Working computer knowledge - required
•  Hot Tub and Boiler experience greatly preferred
• 3 years building Maintenance Required and minimum of 2 years Maintenance experience in Hotels and/ or Condos - required
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC - required
• Basic carpentry skills - required
• Able to work weekends and holidays - required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team - required
• May include on-call shifts - required
• Trade School accreditation - strongly preferred
• Spa and pool maintenance experience - preferred
• Responsible for covering after hours On Call shift weeks rotating with other BG Maintenance Techs
