Job Summary:  
Expereienced Lift Electrical is an integral part of the Lift Maintenance team. The position leads a team of Electrical Technicians to perform all facets of maintenance on our system of lifts to ensure the safe and reliable transportation of our guests and employees. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a commitment to safety and a passion for the ski industry. 
In addition, candidate must have or be able to obtain a level 01 Journeyman Electrician license for the State of Washington. Primary duties will be maintenance on all electrical components of the lifts. Obtain permits for electrical work for upgrades in lifts and buildings. This includes lodges.


Job Specifications:  
•    Wage: Starting Wage at $30.00 - $35.00/hr depending on experience 
•    Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time 
•    Skill Level: 01 Journeyman Electrician licensed in the State of Washington 
•    Location: Stevens Pass
•    Other Specifics: None 


Job Responsibilities:
•    Ensure the safe and reliable electronic operation of the ski lifts, utilizing technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime 
•    Responsible for performing and guiding all routine, assigned, and emergency maintenance procedures 
•    Supports the professional growth and skill development of staff on their team, including training, scheduling, performance management, and evaluation 
•    Assures correct and timely documentation of repairs, inspections, and software 
•    Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results 
•    Be able to follow safety and risk management policies and procedures 
•    Support and works closely with the Apprentices, Lift Mechanics, and Lift Operations staff
•    Pull permits for all electrical upgrades, modifications and new (minor) construction 
•    Schedule inspections with the local electrical inspector
•    Maintain records of completed work
•    Other duties as assigned  


Job Requirements:
•    Level 01 Journeyman Electrician in the State of Washington or obtain license
•    Prior lift electrical experience / industrial control experience. Preferred but not required
•    Demonstrate leadership skillset 
•    Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license with an acceptable driving record
•    Ability to work efficiently at heights 
•    Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions 
•    Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.  
•    Intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred 
 

 

The expected pay range is $30.00 - $35.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
