Position Summary: Mountain Operations Senior Administrative Assistant; Senior Coordinator duties but has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.


What you’ll be doing:

  1. To continually strive to exceed our Guests’ expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience.
  2. Respond to emails/calls in a prompt and friendly manner.
  3. Greet each guest, client or staff member in a prompt and friendly manner, determine the nature of their visit and respond to their needs in every way possible.
  4. Provide information to the public in regards to the operations of the mountains.
  5. Process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries. Secure and track all packages delivered to reception. 
  6. Order and maintain office supplies.
  7. Provide support to other departments as required, as approved by Supervisor.
  8. Maintain cleanliness of Reception Desk.
  9. Perform other related duties as required.
  10. Assisting department heads with purchasing.
  11. Assisting department heads with posting jobs and the hiring process.
  • Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy
  • Proof of clear criminal record check.
  • Must be available to work 5 x 8 hour shifts.
  • Able to work holidays and weekends.
  1. Ability to operate a multi-line telephone
  2. Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  3. Excellent customer service skills and attention to details
  4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  5. Must be organized and be able to manage a variety of projects
  6. Must work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
  7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be mature and well-groomed
  8. Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  9. A minimum of 1-2 years of office administration experience
  10. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
  11. Coupa or other purchasing software knowledge preferred.
    Reports to: Guest Communication Supervisor
