Duties:

  • To continually strive to exceed our Guest’s (internal and external) expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again.
  • General Administrative duties, recording of meetings, tracking of all types of Fleet records
  • Sourcing, ordering, tracking, special order parts
  • General AP/AR work within Fleet
  • Working on obsolete inventory management
  • Filing, records management, paper and electronic
  • To maintain required safety and cleanliness in the shops at all times.
  • Work professionally with the public and all departments at all times.
  • Safely moving equipment in and out of shop.
  • Complete all shop helper duties, cleaning, recycling, and organizing tools.
  • Assist technicians in a safe, professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical experience required/essential.
  • Administrative assistant experience essential.
  • Computer proficiency essential.
  • Ability to jump into workshop environment required.
  • Must be willing to work hard/smart without supervision.
  • Must be willing to work on multiple projects at once
  • Must be a “finisher” willing to see projects to completion
  • Must be a team player, willing to provide excellent support to all co-workers.
