We have temporary roles available to help support the Employee Services team pre and post ramp up.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exciting experience as we ramp down our winter season and ramp up for our summer season.  In the center of all the excitement, you will be working along-side our teams as you will be helping with the organization of uniform return and distribution, staff passes and onboarding. Successful applicants will be computer savvy, great customer service, ability to work high volume. 


Responsibilities include:

  • data entry
  • Welcome and Pass Centre set up and executiongreeting our new employees, assisting with onboarding them and getting them hired. 
  • You play a key role in the hiring procedure by inputting accurate and clear information. 
  • You will help assist the Springs staff with moving uniform (heavy lifting, inventory and packing shelves) and working with RPOS to help with passes.


Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour 
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Help coordinate all aspects of employee uniforms: distribution, collection, cleaning & repairs reporting, documentation of issued/ returned/ repaired or outstanding items, receive and inventory uniform deliveries accurately and restock as required.
  • Maintain proper cataloguing of inventory as uniforms are damaged and destroyed. Year-end account of ALL uniforms; maintain and update the uniform system to reflect uniform changes departmentally.
  • Help coordinate all aspects of Lockers: maintain/clean/empty locker rooms and change locks throughout the year; organize and administer wait lists; order locks; organize communication around ‘reserving’ lockers for those who keep the same locker season to season.
  • You will help assist the Springs staff with moving uniform (heavy lifting, inventory and packing shelves) and working with RPOS to help with passes.
  • We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist other departments and project work as needed.

  • Proof of clear criminal record check.
  • Must have organizational skills and attention to detail!
