Purpose of this Position: 
To be the liaison between all front line service staff and the kitchen/bar, maintaining food and drink service at a high standard and looking at the food and drinks through the guests’ eyes, trying to constantly improving the experience.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Have fun and invite the guests and staff to have fun at all times.
  • Organize food and drink orders and take food and drinks to the guest or hand off to runners or servers.
  • Be responsible for the quality of all food and drinks products served to guests.
  • Communicate issues between the service staff, kitchen and bar.
  • Make sure that the kitchen knows what is happening in the bar.
  • Make sure the service and bar staff know what is happening in the kitchen .
  • Ensure the service staff and kitchen have the tools they need to do their jobs:
  • Assist with roll-ups, condiments and sides
  • Run for kitchen supplies
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the service line including the window, dish washing area, server stations and bar service area.
  • Assist the Servers by clearing empty plates and glasses.
  • Assist other staff in the service of guests -- never walk with an empty tray or hands.
  • Bring to the attention of the supervisor any unsafe working conditions, or equipment that would affect the guest or staff.
  • We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist other departments as needed.
  • Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy!

  • Previous customer service experience a definite asset
  • Experience in a high volume food and beverage facility
  • Must be self-motivated and outgoing with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proof of clear criminal record check
