Whistler Blackcomb is hiring a Full Service Floor Lead for each of our fine dining restaurants - Christine's on Blackcomb Mountain.

Welcome to mountain-top dining in style. Enjoy panoramic views, along with classic dishes prepared with the finest ingredients, and a diverse wine list to complement. Enjoy mountain comfort dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients inside or on the sunny patio. Order a wine flight for a sampling of new local and international wines for the complete experience. Open for lunch in both summer and winter, and located at the top of the Solar Coaster Express in the Rendezvous Restaurant on Blackcomb Mountain, 1,860 meters up (6,102 feet).

Job summary: To lead the Christine’s team in providing exceptional service and an amazing mountain experience.



  • To continually strive to exceed our Guest’s expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again
  • Oversee the host team
  • Manage reservation flow in dining room
  • Daily floor plan set up
  • Assist with all inventory controls.
  • Be accountable for all cash control procedures.
  • Assist with employee training, development and communication.
  • Provide quality control on all products and services.
  • Assist with scheduling and labour controls.
  • Promote a fair, harmonious, work environment.
  • Assist with preparation for catering and special events.
  • Ensure fair and consistent disciplinary action.
  • Ensure a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and presentation at all times.
  • Being knowledgeable about all menu items; including daily specials.
  • Ensure the accurate ringing in of all sales and prepare an accurate cash-out at the end of the day.
  • To greet and host guests.
