  • Create and publish schedules for WB’s three large Quick Serve Restaurants and Alpine huts using My Schedule Powered By Legion
  • Update and re-publish schedules to accommodate change requests
  • Point person for FB employees for Time Off and Vacation Requests
  • Facilitate End of Day Office Hour Meeting with FB Leadership Team to review next day staffing levels
  • Conduct Weekly Touch Base meeting with BAO, Retail Rentals and Snow School
  • Manage On Call Shifts as season progresses
  • Schedule according to staffing levels and budget
  • Work with Business Leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels are met based on budget and forecast

Work Force Management

  • Ensure Food and Beverage employees are reaching a minimum of 35 hours across all FB locations and if not scheduling across Retail Rental and Base Area Operations to hit target
  • Work with Retail Rental, Base Area Operations and Snow School to ensure Food and Beverage Open Shifts are filled
  • Assist in the maintenance of My Schedule Powered by Legion to ensure the most up to date information is captured in the system
  • Cross reference predetermined staffing levels with Legion



  • Review and confirm employee timesheets for accuracy against schedule in conjunction with Managers
  • Manage exceptions and follow up on missed punches
  • Transfer hours to appropriate unit for employees working outside of home unit

Administrative Duties

  • Support Alpine Office Functions in daily operations
  • When business volumes dictate supporting in unit operations


Job Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency essential.
  • Previous experience scheduling high volume businesses
  • Previous payroll experience is an asset
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on multiple projects at once
  • Must be a team player, willing to provide excellent support to all co-workers.
  • Willingness to have a little bit of fun along the way
