Applications are still being accepted in anticipation of opening our resorts for the summer season, contingent on our ability to resume operations.



  • Maintaining building cleanliness, washroom cleaning, garbage and recycling bins and removing heavy bags to our collection facilities.
  • Sweeping and litter control of outdoor areas.
  • Able to use and operate power brooms, pressure washers, backpack vacuums, snow blower and other cleaning equipment.
  • Maintaining parking lots and base area zones.
  • Cleaning and maintaining all trash/recycling receptacles throughout the base areas.
  • Assisting with parking lot set up and evaluating parking procedures on peak days.
  • Assist with traffic control as guests leave the resort.
  • Snow removal.
  • Following and enforcing parking procedures.
  • Adherence to all safety and operational policies & procedures. Ensuring the safe use and operation of equipment and supplies.
  • Ensuring all areas of access are locked and armed after use.  And reporting any areas or issues that are suspicious or not up to standard. 
  • To maintain the highest levels of security and to report all incidents regarding theft, equipment abuse, and disregard for any Whistler Blackcomb policies and property.
  • Responsible for all equipment (including cleaning of equipment) and supplies.  Ensure that closets are clean, neat, and stocked.
  • We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist other departments as needed.

  • Willing to sign confidentiality and security agreement, Cleaner’s Contract & Search Agreement.
  • Due to the nature of the job you may be subjected to random searches.


  • Cleaning experience is not required as training is provided but would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Whistler Blackcomb resort an asset but not required
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail.
  • Able to work in all weather conditions and in varying terrain.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong initiative, problem solving, and open communication skills an asset.
  • Able to work 4x10 hour days.
