Provisioner is the supplier of Whistler’s necessities – join our team in two beautifully curated retail locations. These dynamic stores are purposed with a unique product mix for both men and women. There is always something new and fresh to see in these locations located in the Carlton Lodge where lots of activity and action takes place!


We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates strong merchandising capabilities as these stores are curated on a weekly basis.



  • To continually strive to exceed our Guest’s expectations and to create memories for guests and staff
  • Responsible for daily merchandising on new incoming products & seasonal flips of the stores
  • Provide feedback to Buying team on new brands for the store
  • Training, coaching our Staff.
  • Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls.
  • Responsible for staff adherence to Whistler Blackcomb policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for all security issues involving cash handling, theft, liability, and premises.
  • Participate in training programs as required.
  • Responsible for daily operational routine and all related procedures.
  • Knowledge of Whistler Blackcomb products, events, promotions, policies and procedures.
  • Marketing and events projects executed throughout the year
  • Maintain our Social Media with Instagram
  • Ensure effective management of staff training and motivation.
  • Conduct our business with guests, staff and suppliers with highest level of integrity and personal standards of ethical behaviour.
  • Liaise with the warehouse to maintain store inventories at optimum levels.
  • We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist other departments as needed



  • Retail Merchandising Skills, looking for a creative individual
  • Proven leadership skills of a team ranging from 5-8
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and administration skills.
  • Computer literate, Excel, Word
  • Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check.
