  • All employees will begin their work experience by participating in comprehensive safety training.

 

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Maintain, clean and provide light maintenance of our impressive units, grounds, common areas and recreation facilities
  • Ensure our common areas and high touch points are cleaned to county regulations and Vail standards including sanitizing high touch areas, vacuuming, shampooing of carpets; cleaning/waxing of floors; trash removal; stocking and maintaining supply rooms and other cleaning duties
  • During winter season you will help with snow removal (shoveling, chipping ice, snow blowing) and delivering firewood
  • Support your team by keeping all supplies stocked and organized, removing linens and commons area trash
  • Contribute and participate in recognized environmental and recycling programs
  • Work closely with Area Supervisor to problem solve and report any issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to Guests and Owners

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work independently outside in all types of weather
  • Must be able to be on your feet all day long, bend over and kneel repeatedly
  • Must be able to use cleaning chemicals, small engine machines, and basic hand tools

 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.03. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
