Job Summary 

This is a supervisory position with direct reports, including the Doorman, Bellman and Valet. Responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, performance management/evaluation, and other administrative duties.  Fulfills day-to-day responsibilities with a focus on providing exceptional guest services.  Understands the department’s financials and is able to affectively explain variances to budget and forecasts.  Assist the hotel as needed, and exhibits a high level of knowledge about the company’s goals and vision. Communicates effectively with other departments to ensure alignment for guest and hotel needs. 


Job Responsibilities 

•    Managing staffing levels as daily business levels require 
•    Assists the department in daily operations as needed with hands on work including delivering luggage and retrieving vehicles. 
•    Keeps inventory of operating supplies and uniforms 
•    Handles guest issues when appropriate 
•    Completes and submits incident reports for vehicle damage or loss. 
•    Uses a computer operating system to look up and update guest vehicle information 
•    Delegate and follows up on tasks needed to me completed by Associates 
•    Covers associate duties when they are on break or short staffed 
•    Helps manage and prioritizes vehicle flow on the front drive 
•    Other Duties as assigned 


Job Requirements 


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  

  • 1 year hotel guest service experience, preferably in luxury hotel and/or branded environments  

  • 2 years managerial experience  

  • MS Office, Outlook, PeopleSoft, LMS 

  • Strong verbal and written skills  

  • Ability and willingness to provide candid feedback to employees, peers and directors 

  • Professional appearance and demeanor  


The budgeted range starts at $40,500 - $46,250.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
