Job Specifications: 

• Housing: Currently Available
• Outlet: Vail Mountain Club
• Starting Wage: $17 per hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full TIme

• Skill Level: Entry

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Prepare and maintain breakfast and lunch buffets, as well as drinks and snacks throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and clubhouse throughout the day, including but not limited to: bussing tables, washing dishes, emptying trash and recycling, taking dirty linens to laundry, polishing dishes and silverware, and other duties as assigned or as needed.        
• Assist with preparing weekly Wine & Cheese social.
• Serve members efficiently, courteously and promptly while they are enjoying the Club.
• Have generic knowledge of Vail Mountain and surrounding areas, and assist members with questions regarding such.
• Complete daily side work and cleaning duties throughout the day as assigned.
• Stocking of kitchen and bar areas and putting away new orders in appropriate areas of the Club as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all members.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays – required.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment – required.
• Must be willing to assist in other areas of the Club as needed – required.
• Must be able to stand on feet and be moving for extended periods of time – required.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 35 lbs. – required.
• Bartending skills – preferred.
• Restaurant/Club experience – preferred.

The budgeted range starts at 17.00 - 20.77.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
