Jenny Lake Lodge is a AAA Four-Diamond resort located at the foot of the Teton Range. Our dining room serves a daily gourmet breakfast, lunch and nightly five-course rotating dinner menu. The Advanced Level Cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Opening, setting up, running and closing of the line or station assigned, prepare dishes to specification of the chef
  • Training and assisting other line cooks and cook assistants on a day to day basis for prep and other functions in the kitchen
  • The safety and cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Deputizing as Sous Chef on occasion

 

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • 2 year minimum line cooking experience
  • 1 year fine dining line cook experience

 

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger and sauté
  • High volume cooking experience
