The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the restaurant, bar, and coffee cafe including scheduling, payroll, and problem resolution.  Our restaurant is a high volume, fast paced environment and is a great opportunity to interact with our guests and provide an Experience of a Lifetime. Our season typically runs from May through end of September.


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in implementation of the opening procedures of the Restaurant and Bar.
  • Assist in completing breakfast, lunch, and dinner covers forecasts weekly. 
  • Be hands on. Assist directly with F&B service as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Culinary Team (Location Chef, Sous Chef, etc.) and communicate all menu concerns, service timing and special requests.
  • Work closely with Bartender and ensure all beverage pouring and control policies are in place and that the Beverage Cost of Sales is maintained at budget or better.
  • Responsible for requisitioning needed food, beverage, and non-food supplies from the storeroom.


The “must haves” for this position include:

  • Previous Food and Beverage Experience
  • Point of Sale experience
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work long hours and varied shifts
  • TIPS certification
  • Knowledgeable in wine service


We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required: 

  • High volume restaurant experience
