The Activities Desk Supervisor oversees and assists the Activities Desk Agents at Jackson Lake Lodge in providing guests with information regarding transportation and activities available through the Grand Teton Lodge Company and Flagg Ranch Company. They are also responsible for overseeing the ticket sales for transportation and activities plus perform record keeping tasks.  This individual works closely with various activity department heads coordinating scheduled activities, special events, and posting changes for special events.  Equally as important, you are here to have some fun too!

The Activities Desk Supervisor responsibilities at Jackson Lake Lodge include, but are not limited to:

• Provides information and arranges reservations for all activities and transportation for all GTLC locations
• Possesses knowledge of all activities offered at GTLC and Flagg Ranch
• Issues tickets and refunds for specific activities
• Helps oversee the activities desk and provides training to the agents as needed
• Uphold all National Park Service and Brand Standard requirements
• Accurately records all advance reservations and cancellations
• Operation of Visual One Activities Schedule
• Knowledge of frequently asked questions; Grand Teton Lodge activities, National Park activities, hiking trails, things for kids to do, activities in Jackson and Teton Village, hotels/motels in Jackson, good restaurants, white water trips, babysitting, church services, weather, traffic updates, menus, airport and bus schedules, and Grand Teton Lodge Company rates
• Assists guests in making reservations at any food and beverage outlet within GTLC that requires or encourages reservations
• Assists guests in making reservations for regional and outlying activity operations
• Arranges special transportation needs for guests
• Possesses knowledge of all activities offered and is able to answer questions concerning these activities
• Other duties as assigned

The Activities Desk Supervisor position asks that any candidate be able to demonstrate the following skills or experience:

• Fluent in understanding and speaking English - Required
• Friendly, courteous, engaging and passionate - Required
• The ability to relate well to guests and employees - Required
• Perform under pressure – Required
• Supervisory experience – Preferred
• Basic math skills – Preferred
• Strong working knowledge of computers – Preferred
• Cash handling – Preferred
• Experience with Visual One – Preferred
• Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park – Preferred
