Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the oversight of all Food and Beverage locations within the Ski Lodge and on mountain locations of the resorts.
  • Provides leadership and development for managers throughout the department
  • Implement and act on Customer Satisfaction Metrics
  • Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for our outlets
  • Super user for all systems related to the Food and Beverage team, including but not limited to HR system, Time and Labor, Point of Sale, Procurement and Health and Safety
  • Engage in best practices for recruitment, training, coaching and leadership
  • Manage the financial goals for the Food and Beverage outlets and achieve financial goals for the division
  • Driving awareness and implementing safety and food safety initiatives and procedures, to include but not limited to food handling, RAMP, ServSafe and equipment
  • Acting as a steward of the environment and taking ownership of Vail Resorts Zero Waste initiatives


Job Requirements:
Required:

  • 3 years of Multi-Unit management experience
  • 5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience
  • Ability to manage a budget of up to $5M
  • ServSafe and RAMP certifications

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or culinary
  • 3 years of events, catering and/or banquet management experience

 

 

The budgeted range starts at $71,600 - $89,500 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
