Job Summary:


The Food and Beverage Warehouse Manager coordinates, manages and supports all purchasing logistics associated with food and beverage operations. This role is responsible for the overall direction and efficiency of a large F&B warehouse operation including planning, strategy, department oversight, budget, training and staffing. Oversees all operations, typically through lead or supervisory staff, including receiving, storing, tracking and movement of goods.  Partners with management from other departments to resolve problems as needed.


Job Requirements:


  • Management of Warehouse Staff, Shipping & Receiving Staff and Night Operations Crew
  • Typically responsible for up to 10 employees including scheduling, maintaining payroll, resolving payroll errors, monitoring overtime hours worked, etc.
  • Special event logistical coordination
  • Management of proper accounting procedures, inventory and payment of all products
  • Assist Culinary Management team in counting product for monthly inventory
  • Receive food shipments and put food away following food safety and storage requirements
  • Review open receiver reports each month, properly correcting purchase orders and invoices
  • Work with OnBase, along with the AP Department to ensure all invoices are received correctly and paid in a timely manner.
  • Properly receive product daily checking for quality and accuracy of shipment
  • Assist with ordering of food & beverages when necessary
  • Ensure a timely delivery of high quality product to respective operations.
  • Maintain and communicate all shipping schedules as coordinated with other mountain operations departments.
  • Receive all invoices on a timely basis and in compliance with SOX.
  • Ensure all invoices are scanned and emailed to AP on a daily basis.
  • Delivery and moving of equipment, materials, product and furniture (indoor/outdoor) on a frequent basis to and from locations.
  • Management, oversight and involvement with summer wedding set up crew.
  • Ensure building security is maintained after night shift is concluded.
  • Maintain safe work environment through adherence to, and training employees on; vehicle / food safety, lifting, slip and fall hazards and other safety procedures.
  • Load and transport food and beverage products from warehouse to on-mountain buildings by snow cat as well as disposal of trash and recycling 


Job Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year shipping & receiving experience - required
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience - required
  • Computer experience including MS Office - required
  • Must be able to ride ski lifts.
  • Must be able to work in extreme outdoor weather conditions, at night -required
  • Repetitive lifting, 50 - required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid driver's license including motor vehicle record & criminal background check - required
  • Previous experience with snowmobile, snowcat and forklift operation - preferred.
  • Spanish speaking - preferred
  • English speaking/reading/comprehension - required
