Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  •  Provide excellent guest service
  • Answer the operations phone lines and communicate between all hotel and HOA (Homeowner Association) divisions
  • Be responsive on all radio channels, including HOA (Homeowner Association) radio
  • Monitoring that arrivals are done in time, and daily housekeeping services are executed
  • Interacting with all teams in Alice, and ensuring tickets are closed in a timely manner
  • Send all pre-arrival communication and validate rates
  • Take guest payments, post charges, conduct basic refunds, and check out guests via phone
  • Ability to think quickly and come up with solution based resolutions
  • Managing lost and found items and all inquiries
  • Ability to quickly learn about the Grand Summit, and all local activities offered
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  •  High school education desirable.
  • Basic knowledge and skills in routine housekeeping work desirable.
  • Administrative experience and organizational skills desirable.
  • Ability to perform all related duties.
