Job Summary

The Base Operations Response Center is responsible for work order management and is the communication hub of the Base Operations Department. We ensure that all work that is called in by our customers and techs is documented and completed, and our techs have the tools and equipment needed to complete the jobs.

Essential Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize an asset management program to create, and manage work orders.
  • Answer a high volume of phone and radio calls regarding a multitude of issues and dispatching appropriate personnel.
  • Manage customer expectations through efficient communication.
  • Acts as communication center for the department. This includes KPI management, monitoring radio and phone communication, dispatching calls and messages, and customer management.
  • Stock, organize, and manage an inventory parts room for building maintenance.
  • Assist in the management of assets across the mountain to ensure accurate data gathering.
  • Assist in the purchasing and procurement of parts and inventory for building maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
