Job Summary

As a Northstar shuttle driver, you will create an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests by focusing on safety and industry-leading guest service. You will follow regularly scheduled routes and respond to requests from dispatch or management for designated pick-ups or drop-offs. This includes pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift, and accurately recording and submitting all required information. A CDL is NOT required to apply. You will be required to obtain a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement within 30 days of employment. Two weeks of paid training will be provided prior to taking your commercial driver’s test.

  • Starting Wage:  $23 / hour

  • Shift and Schedule Availability:  Full Time

  • Skill Level: Entry and Intermediate


Job Responsibilities

  • Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests 

  • Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions 

  • Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections 

  • Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems 

  • Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort 

  • Other duties as assigned 


Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma
  • Have a Motor Vehicle Record (list of traffic offenses) from your state’s DMV that meets company safety standards
  • Be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language
  • Be able to read, understand, and comprehend all company and regulatory agency forms and documents
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration)
  • Be able to pass a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and obtain a DOT medical card – out of pocket expense for the applicant
  • Be able to lift up to 60lbs
  • Have a clean post-offer background check
  • Obtain a CA or NV commercial driver’s license (CDL) within 30 days of employment (unless already a valid CDL holder)





The budgeted range starts at $23 - $25.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
