Job Specifications:  

• Starting Wage: $15.50-$20/hour

• As of October 2022, all minimum wages will be $20 an hour. 

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

• Skill Level: Entry

Tools: Basic Hand Tools

Education: High School/ GED/ Basic Automotive School/ Training

Work Experience: 0-3 Years

License: Valid Driver’s License

Overview: Fresh out of tech school. Or has worked in the field as an apprentice or trainee. Has basic hand tools and is willing to learn the process of welding and fabrication. Possess the desire and ability to grow, learn and develop their skills in the Mechanical trade.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Ability to be part of a team oriented shop in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to meet all customer expectations with a positive and friendly attitude. Comply with all company policies. Performs and assist with periodic maintenance services on a variety of fleet vehicles. Demonstrate basic 12v/24v Automotive Electrical System Knowledge to include diagnostic and repair. Demonstrate basic vehicle knowledge to include the ability to identify component wear/damage.

The budgeted range starts at $15.50 - $20.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
