No transportation? Don't want to make the drive? No problem! We have an employee shuttle that runs EVERYDAY from South Lake Tahoe to Kirkwood, free of cost! We encourage all employees who don't want to make the commute themselves to jump on the shuttle, sit back and relax, on their way to work!

Terrain Park Attendant Crew Supervisor – Reports to Terrain Park Manager

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations of the terrain parks and assist in the performance of all daily duties.
  • Ensure department compliance with all company policies and internal protocols.
  • Exhibit the highest level of expertise in terrain park hand maintenance and daily operations.
  • Responsible for gathering feedback from the attendants / testers and coordinating with park manager and grooming staff regarding park layout and feature design.
  • Responsible for daily planning and coordination of operations, signage, branding, park boundaries, trash removal, and feature maintenance.
  • Ultimately responsible for opening features to the public. Also responsible for the condition of the park at all times throughout the day, including risk management decisions, opening/closing of individual features, and level of hand maintenance.
  • Hiring and staffing, scheduling, employee discipline, performance management and evaluations.
  • Oversee training and skills development.
  • Responsible for accurate completion of daily park log forms.
  • Assist Ski Patrol with guest injuries when necessary and ensure compliance with all incident procedures. Perform post incident feature opening inspections.
  • Promote guest relations and education.
  • Coordinating Terrain Park daily operations with those of other departments. Add: mountain operations departments
  • Perform duties of Terrain Park Manager in their absence.
