Job Summary

Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Product Sales team is no exception to creating this experience of a lifetime. Responsible for managing product and service sales operations, Product Sales Managers are devoted leaders committed to staff development and guest experience.

 

Job Specifications

  • Outlet: Keystone
  • Expected Pay Range: $55,000 - $69,000 + annual bonus
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time
  • Skill Level: Advanced

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all product sales operations such as staffing, training, payroll, budgets, inventory, equipment, and volunteer programs; collaborating with other departments as necessary
  • Manage teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, including recognition, correction action or escalations if necessary
  • Maintain quality of product sales and guest service, assisting with guest questions, comments and complaints ensuring timely resolutions
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; some college preferred
  • 1-2 years, hiring, onboarding coaching a team of employees.
  • 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications
  • Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English

 

The expected pay range is $55,000 - $69,000 + Annual Bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
