With more than 17 kilometers of groomed trails for classic and skate skiing and access to 40 kilometers of nearby backcountry trails throughout the White River National Forest, the Keystone Nordic Center is a haven for outdoor recreation. 


Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage:  $20 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Part Time, Holidays required
  • Skill Level: Entry


Job Description:

  • Daily duties involve heating already prepared soups (delivered from our Conference Center) baking rolls, and keeping food clean and safe.
  • General upkeep of kitchen facility including washing dishes, taking out garbarge.
  • Answering nutritional values: Gluten free, vegetarian food, allergens from chefs
  • Help out at the rental shop counter.
  • Knowledge of all Nordic Center Programs
  • Must answer the phone for any inquiries.
  • Must be able to outfit people in the shop, give directions, help with the bindings.
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in Food & Beverage - Preferred 
  • General knowledge of kitchen operation and food safety (availability to take in house training).
  • General knowledge of the sport of cross country, equipment, and good guest service.


The budgeted range starts at $20 - $22.50.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
